Tara is a clinical psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. She has years of experience working in public mental health settings and supporting young people who have experienced trauma. Tara works with a range of mental health presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, disruptive behaviour and social difficulties. Her training in parenting programs provides a framework for supporting families to respond to their child’s needs at home. Tara utilises evidence-based interventions including cognitive behaviour therapy, play therapy, ACT, DBT and emotion coaching. She enjoys supporting clients to meet their goals and improve their self-esteem and quality of life.
