Young Minds Network accepts referrals from GP’s, psychiatrists, paediatricians and other specialists. We also accept self-referrals, workplace referrals and we visit rural areas to work with groups or undertake assessments.

Medicare Referrals

All our practitioners are registered Medicare providers and we provide services under the following programs:

• Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP) – Individual and Group therapy
• Chronic Disease Management Plans (EPC)
• Pregnancy Support Counselling

Private Health Insurance

Rebates from Private Health Insurance are available depending on the client’s cover. Client’s are encouraged to contact their insurer to find out what services are covered.

NDIS

We accept NDIS Plan-managed and Self-managed referrals ONLY. Please note: For plan-managed referrals, there may be a small out-of-pocket cost to bring the appointment fee in line with our regular fees. For a more specific quotation for your service, please contact our friendly Client Relations Team.

Providing treatment of mental health conditions to anyone who has been in full-time service in the Australian Defence Force.
